October and November 2026
Use the Current-Syllabus Route
CEA states that the revised syllabus starts with examinations from 1 January 2027. Freehold's bank targets that revised blueprint, so this page keeps the boundary clear.
Do not use Freehold's full-paper mix as a 2026 blueprint rehearsal. You can still use questions to revise current law where the topic overlaps, but topic numbers and structure changed.
Read CEA's syllabus notice · compare the syllabus structure.
- 1. Use your current-syllabus notesKeep the CEA syllabus for your sitting as the master checklist.
- 2. Use Freehold only where topics overlapRead the cited law and regulator source behind each answer.
- 3. Keep 2027-only structure out of your scoreDo not treat a Freehold paper result as predicted 2026 performance.
- 4. Confirm logistics with CEAUse current dates, fees and candidate instructions before exam day.
