Terms of Service

The terms for using Freehold.

Freehold RES's Terms of Service for Singapore's RES examination practice site.

Effective date: 12 August 2026. These are the first Terms of Service published for Freehold RES.

Acceptance of these terms

Using freeholdprep.com/sg means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What Freehold RES is

Freehold RES is an independent study resource for Singapore's Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) or the appointed RES examination provider.

No guarantee of exam passage

Freehold RES does not guarantee that using it will result in passing the RES examination. Practice questions and case studies are mapped to CEA's published syllabus and learning outcomes but may not reflect every syllabus change after the source was last verified.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell Freehold RES's question bank or case studies. Do not attempt to circumvent the site's access controls or use it in a way that disrupts the service for other candidates.

Content and intellectual property

Freehold RES's question bank, case studies, and branding are owned by Freehold or licensed to it. Nothing in these terms grants you rights beyond using the site for your own study.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freehold RES is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including a failed examination attempt.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published here before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Singapore.
