Indiana's entry-level license is called a real estate 'broker' rather than salesperson, and an applicant must be at least 18 years old before applying, with no disqualifying criminal conviction.

Broker company association
A license application must name the broker company the applicant intends to associate with, and that broker company and its managing broker are responsible for the actions of every broker associated with it.
